Professor Per Sangild and ThinkChina receive grant from Carlsberg Foundation

The Carlsberg Foundation has granted Professor Per Sangild, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences and ThinkChina a grant of DKK 487.000 to support PhD students’ participation in the PhD course “Food, Health and Philosophy in East and West”, 2016-2018. The course takes place in Hong Kong and South China and is highly interdisciplinary. It aims to give participants (PhD students and R&D staff) related to the food-health fields an improved understanding of the scientific, cultural and philosophical background for specific diet habits and health views.
