New resources in the ThinkChina.dk library

Jørgen Delman, Professor of China Studies, University of Copenhagen has written an analysis for InsightPerspectives on the influence of ‘vested interests’ on China’s reform process: Vested interests block Xi Jinping’s reforms.

Bertel Heurlin, Jean Monnet Professor, Department of Political Sciences, University of Copenhagen has written an op-ed for Danish daily Politiken on China’s military reform: Papirtigeren bliver en rigtig tiger [in Danish].

Finally, our online library now also features a copy of the recently released report ‘China’s core executive - Leadership styles, structures and processes under Xi Jinping’ from Merics – Mecator Institute for China Studies. The report is edited by Sebastian Heilmann and Matthias Stepan.
