PhD's to sample food philosophy ... in China

The University Post has published an interview with Professor Per Sangild who is the main organiser of the PhD course 'Food, health and philosophy in East and West'.

The course is co-organised with ThinkChina, University of Hong Kong and Sun Yat-sen University. The Carlsberg Foundation and ARLA are sponsoring the course by means of Carlsberg Foundation Grants and ARLA Graduate Fellowships for participating PhD students.

The course takes place in South China 29 March-8 April 2016 but is planned also for 2017 and 2018.
