Apply to participate!

If you are interested in the course, you are welcome to apply here

The course is international and interdisciplinary. We therefore welcome a mixed group of PhD students / researchers / company personnel from different scientific disciplines. Though, all should have a relation to the food/health area (e.g. nutrition, food science, human or veterinary medicine, pharma, sociology, business, anthropology, philosophy, religion) and an interest in the crosstalk between Eastern and Western perspectives on their field of interest.

After the application deadline (16 December 2018), the course organisers will evaluate the incoming applications and select the participants. The selection will consider the individual candidates based on their CVs and letter of motivation but also take into account the group dynamics and the wish to have participants with different scientific and cultural backgrounds.

Total max number of participants: 25.

Please note: Participants are expected to cover their own participation in the course but the generous support from ARLA and the Carlsberg Foundation provide students the opportunity to apply for a limited number of scholarships in the form of 'ARLA Graduate Fellowships' and 'Carlsberg Foundation Grants'.
